Service Agreement

By engaging MH Cleaning Columbus for cleaning services, you agree to the following terms:

Service Scope

• Services are provided according to the agreed-upon scope and schedule
• Additional services may be requested and will be quoted separately
• Service areas include Columbus and surrounding communities
• Services may be residential, commercial, or specialized cleaning

Service Scheduling

• Regular cleaning schedules will be established and maintained
• Changes to schedule require 24-hour notice when possible
• Emergency or same-day services may incur additional charges
• Services may be rescheduled due to weather or safety concerns

Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Commercial accounts may be invoiced with net 30-day terms
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for accounts with outstanding balances
• All prices are subject to change with 30-day notice

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy:

• Regular services may be cancelled with 24-hour notice
• Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
• No-show appointments will be charged the full service fee
• Contract services require 30-day written notice for termination
• Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Client Responsibilities

To ensure quality service, clients are responsible for:

• Providing access to all areas requiring cleaning
• Securing pets during service appointments
• Removing valuable or fragile items from cleaning areas
• Providing safe working conditions for our staff
• Notifying us of any special requirements or restrictions
• Providing accurate contact information for scheduling

Limitation of Liability

MH Cleaning Columbus liability is limited as follows:

• We are fully insured and bonded for your protection
• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear
• Client should secure valuable items before service
• We maintain professional liability and general liability insurance

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality:

• All client information is kept confidential
• We do not share client information with third parties
• Our staff is trained in privacy and confidentiality practices
• Security measures are in place to protect client data
• We comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations

Quality Assurance

We are committed to providing quality service:

• All services are performed by trained and background-checked staff

• Quality inspections are conducted regularly
• Client feedback is welcomed and addressed promptly

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters or severe weather
• Government actions or regulations
• Pandemic or public health emergencies
• Labor disputes or strikes
• Equipment failures or supply shortages

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
